Terms & Conditions
A shorter account agreement for signup — including consent, age confirmation and links to our full policies.
1. Quick summary (checkbox-friendly)
By creating a Med Solutions Academy account and checking “I agree”, you confirm that:
- you have read and accept these Account Terms & Conditions;
- you agree to our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live);
- you consent to us processing your personal data to create and operate your account, deliver LMS/features you use, send transactional messages (including email/SMS/WhatsApp OTP where enabled), and provide support.
Marketing messages (promotions, newsletters) are optional and, where required, collected via a separate opt-in — not buried inside this required agreement.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate name, email and mobile details.
- Keep credentials and OTP codes confidential.
- One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that violate our Terms of Service or abuse free trials.
3. Personal data consent
You consent to processing of account, learning, payment, support and (if you use them) DataFlow, CV Builder and PQR data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with payment processors, messaging providers and (when AI tools are enabled) AI providers for those features only.
You may request access or deletion as set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Age confirmation
You confirm you are 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Our services are not directed to children.
5. What you get — and what we don’t promise
- Access depends on the product (free trial limits, paid plans, CV Builder access rules, DataFlow case handling).
- Educational content is not medical or legal advice.
- PQR results are preliminary only — not a licensing decision.
- Exam success and licensing outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Free trial & paid plans
Free trials are subject to published limits. Paid purchases are subject to prices and refund terms shown at checkout (“as per checkout” unless otherwise stated in writing). See the Terms of Service for full payment and IP rules.
7. Full policies & contact
These Account Terms incorporate by reference the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict on a registration-specific point, these Account Terms control for signup consent; otherwise the Terms of Service prevail.
