1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing medsolutionsacademy.com, creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a plan, or using our LMS, DataFlow tools, CV Builder, PQR checker or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the services. Account registration is also subject to the shorter Terms & Conditions presented at signup.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to create an account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and OTP codes and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse free trials, share credentials, scrape content, or compromise platform security.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit MCQs, mock exams, study notes, videos or other course materials outside the licensed personal study use;
• share login credentials or provide multi-user access under a single seat;
• upload unlawful, infringing or fraudulent documents;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the platform;
• use automated bots to harvest questions or answers;
• misrepresent your credentials to licensing authorities or employers.

4. Educational content licence (not medical or legal advice)

Course content, MCQ banks, mock exams, study notes and related materials are licensed to you for personal educational use during an active enrolment or subscription. All intellectual property remains owned by Med Solutions Academy or its licensors.

Important: Our materials are exam-preparation and educational resources only. They are not medical advice, clinical guidance, or legal advice. Always follow official health-authority rules, employer policies and advice from qualified professionals for clinical or legal decisions.

5. PQR / eligibility checker disclaimer

The PQR eligibility self-assessment (and any similar tools) provides a preliminary, informational indication only. It is not a licensing decision, guarantee of eligibility, or substitute for review by the relevant health authority (DHA, MOH, DOH, SHA, SCFHS, QCHP or others) or a licensed consultant reviewing your full file.

Authority rules change. Always verify requirements on official portals before relying on any outcome.

6. Payments, plans & refunds

• Prices, currencies, plan names and validity periods are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and/or Nomod). Their terms also apply to the payment step.
• Refunds: Unless a different refund promise is stated on the specific checkout, offer page or written agreement for your purchase, refunds are handled as per the terms shown at checkout and our support policies. • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending resolution.

7. Free trial limits

Where a free trial is offered:

• access is limited in duration and/or content percentage as configured on the platform (for example time-boxed access and sample MCQ topics);
• one trial per user/eligibility rules may apply — attempting to create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited;
• paid enrolment or upgrade is required to unlock full banks, quizzes or features excluded from trial;
• we may modify or withdraw trial offers prospectively.

8. DataFlow uploads & CV Builder

• DataFlow: You confirm you have the right to upload documents and that information is accurate. Staff may review files to assist your application. Document retention may be permanent and staff-managed as described in the Privacy Policy.
• CV Builder: You retain ownership of your CV content. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the feature. Optional AI assist may send text to third-party AI providers when enabled.
• Outputs (eligibility hints, AI suggestions, ATS scores) are assistive only; you remain responsible for final CV content and applications.

9. Third-party links & job boards

We may link to external job boards, authority portals or partner sites. Those services are outside our control. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual property

All platform software, branding, MCQs, explanations, notes, videos, templates and compilations are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited study licence above. Unauthorised reproduction or exam-content leakage may result in termination and legal action.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not warrant that content is error-free, that exams will be passed, that licensing will be granted, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Authority syllabi and fees change without notice to us.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Med Solutions Academy and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, exam failure, delayed licensing or employment outcomes arising from use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

14. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
